Who am I

I’m Xander, a Civil Engineer by training who later completed an MBA to combine technical depth with strategic and financial insight. In leadership roles within technical and industrial companies, I repeatedly saw strong businesses operating below their potential — not because of a lack of expertise, but because of limited structure, scalability, and data-driven management.

I believe SMEs can compete effectively with much larger players when they are professionally organized and actively manage their profitability. My ambition is to set a new standard for how these companies are run: operationally excellent, financially disciplined, and prepared for sustainable long-term growth.

That is why I work directly with business owners to make their organizations structurally more profitable and scalable — focusing on measurable improvements in margins, structure, and performance.
